In every step of your divorce journey, it is so important to take into consideration your own well-being. As you juggle it all, your work life, your family life, the well-being of your kids, it is also so important to focus on yourself. How are you feeling today? Have you made time for exercise? Have you made time for eating well? Have you made time for mindful health? Are you making time of self-care of you? Make some time for fun and meaningful connections with the loved ones in your life. Make some time for something that makes you feel good about yourself and nourishes your soul and your mindset. Perhaps it is 10 minutes of meditation that makes you feel good. Perhaps it is ensuring that regular exercise is scheduled in to make you feel better. Or perhaps you do not have time with young children, so it is about seeking joy where you can in even the simplest of things, like enjoying a cup of tea or a bath once your children are in bed. Or perhaps it is having a laugh with a good friend on the telephone. Practicing 15 minutes of self-care each day will help you feel more grounded and improve your mindset and help your well-being whilst you are juggling it all.
